How we source and produce
A factory process made for overseas bulk free weight buyers.
Every order starts with product use case, target market, weight list, buyer type and branding requirement. From there WDER controls materials, tooling, surface finish, logo process, inspection and packing so importers, dealers, distributors and gym project buyers can source with less risk.
From raw material to finished free weight products
The exact process changes by product type, but WDER uses a controlled production path for dumbbells, weight plates and strength accessories.
Raw material selection
Steel, cast iron, rubber, urethane and chrome-plating options are selected according to product use, target price and commercial durability requirement.
Design, tooling and weight list
The team confirms shape, handle type, center hole, KG/LB markings, logo area, packaging style and buyer-approved artwork before production.
Casting, forging or machining
Metal cores, plates, handles and sleeves are formed through casting, machining or tube processing, then checked for size, fit and surface condition.
Grinding and surface preparation
Edges, handles, rims and contact surfaces are cleaned and prepared before coating so the final finish feels consistent and professional.
Coating, plating or rubber molding
Products are finished with rubber, PU/urethane, powder coating, chrome plating or brushed metal depending on product line and market positioning.
Logo and weight marking
WDER supports printed, molded, laser, engraved, end-cap and packaging logo options for OEM and private label programs.
Quality inspection
Inspection covers appearance, material condition, weight marking, sleeve fit, handle knurling, packaging details and buyer-specific requirements before shipment.
Export packing and loading
Products are protected with foam, cartons, pallets, labels and loading plans for mixed containers, pallet shipments or full-container export orders.
